Ordering questions

How far ahead should I book?

Two days at the very least, which the date picker takes care of for you. Weekends and December fill up quickly, so earlier is always safer.

When and how do I pay?

Nothing is charged on the website. We confirm your total first, then arrange payment with you before your bake day.

Are the prices final?

They cover our standard designs. Very detailed work, unusual colours or larger quantities can be a little more, and we always tell you before anything is baked.

Can I change my order?

Yes, up until we start baking. Message us with your reference number and tell us what to change.

Can I send a photo of a design?

Please do. Send it after you order, quoting your reference, and we will tell you how it will look at your chosen size.
