Terms of Service
The basic terms for working with us, in plain words. Your written quotation and Plan Agreement set out the scope you approve. Existing signed agreements continue to apply unless we both agree to an amendment.
Quotations
Every project starts with a written quotation listing the scope, price, and target launch date. Work starts after approval and the first payment. Timelines depend on receiving your materials and approvals; delays move the schedule.
Website plans and payments
Starter and Growth prices cover the agreed build, web address, and hosting. There is no setup fee. Pay monthly or prepay 12 months at the same total price. The first payment starts the initial 12-month commitment. Your base website price stays the same after that term.
Renewals
After the initial 12 months, your website plan continues month to month. Annual prepayment is a payment option, not a new 12-month commitment after the initial term.
Web address and hosting
While your website plan is active, we manage hosting, domain renewal, and HTTPS. Your domain is registered in your name. Hosting and renewal support is included; Care & Support is not required to keep this service.
Changes and support
Your quotation states the revisions included before launch. Help with hosting or faults in our delivered work is included while your website plan is active. Content changes, new pages, integrations, and redesigns are separate. We quote additional work before starting.
Optional Care & Support
Care & Support is a separate, optional subscription for active Sites by Vital website clients: ₱750 per month, paid in advance. It is not included in, and does not replace or extend, the initial 12-month website agreement. It may be added after launch by written approval; there is no automatic enrolment.
Care scope
Care includes up to 30 minutes of small content edits per monthly billing period, a monthly check of key links, contact routes, and mobile layout, a saved website copy before our edits, and a short monthly update. You supply approved text and images. Unused editing time does not roll over. We confirm whether a request fits the allowance and quote excess work before proceeding. New pages, redesigns, custom features, copywriting, SEO campaigns, email mailbox administration, and third-party fees are excluded.
Care requests and cancellation
We acknowledge requests within one working day and aim to complete eligible small edits within three working days after receiving complete materials. We confirm a different schedule when needed. Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Philippine time; emergency and 24-hour support are not included. Care renews monthly with no minimum beyond the paid month. Cancel before the next billing date; service ends at the end of the paid month, with no partial-month refund. Cancelling Care does not cancel your website plan. Care ends when the base website plan ends.
The included business email address forwards incoming messages to an existing inbox. A separate mailbox and sending from that address are not included unless your quotation says so. Mailbox subscriptions and any additional setup are quoted separately; approved provider subscriptions are charged at cost.
Missed payments
We send a reminder and allow seven calendar days after a missed payment before suspending the unpaid service, with notice. Unpaid Care pauses Care only, not a paid-up website plan. Domain renewals depend on funds being received before expiry. We confirm restoration once payment is received.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from the start. Once the first 12 months are paid, your website content and files are yours, subject to the licences for third-party assets and software.
Stopping the website plan
After the first 12 months, give notice before your next monthly billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that monthly billing period. If you prepaid beyond that date, we refund unused full months within 14 calendar days; the current month is not refundable. During the initial term, contact us to agree a written close-out; the remaining agreed initial-term balance is payable before ownership handover, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Handover
After cancellation and settlement, we provide website files and initiate domain transfer to an account you control within five working days. Registrar restrictions may affect completion time. Hosting and any email services billed through us end on the agreed service end date. Arrange replacement hosting and email to keep them running.
Search and security
We provide the technical search setup described in your quotation, not guaranteed indexing, rankings, leads, or sales. Google Business Profile setup is included in Growth and optional for Starter, subject to Google’s eligibility and verification. Static websites reduce some common security risks, but no website or account is risk-free.
Content you provide
You confirm that you have permission to use the logos, photos, and text you supply. Prototype details are demonstrations unless explicitly confirmed as a live client project.
