Terms of service
Last updated 5 September 2026
These terms apply to website work carried out by Sites by Vital. Your written quote and scope form part of them, and where the two differ, the quote wins because it describes your specific project.
1. Who we are
Sites by Vital is a web design studio based in Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines, contactable at [email protected] and 0906 699 1305.
2. Quotes and prices
Quotes are valid for 30 days. The price stated in your quote is fixed for the scope stated in your quote. Prices published on this website are the current prices and may change for future projects, but never for a project already quoted and accepted.
3. Payment
- 50 percent is payable to reserve your build slot. Work begins once it is received
- The remaining 50 percent is payable on the day the site goes live
- We accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfer, and issue an official receipt for every payment
- Care plan fees are payable monthly in advance
If the balance is unpaid 14 days after launch, care work and further changes pause until it is settled. We will not take a live website offline over an unpaid balance.
4. What you provide
You provide the content: text, photos, logo, service list, prices, and contact details. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, particularly photographs and logos. If material you provide infringes somebody else's rights, that remains your responsibility.
5. Timelines
The launch date in your quote assumes your content arrives by the date agreed. If it arrives later, the launch date moves by the same number of days, with no penalty to either side. If we cause a delay, we tell you as soon as we know and we do not charge for the extra time.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds on a private preview link. A round means one consolidated list of changes, worked through in one pass. Additional rounds are ₱1,500 each and are always quoted before any work is done. Changes that fall outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and only proceed with your approval.
7. Approval and launch
We ask for written approval before launching. Once launched, we verify the live site and hand over access.
8. Warranty
For 14 days after launch we fix, at no charge, anything that is a defect in what we delivered. A defect is something not working as described in your scope. A new request is not a defect. We will always tell you which we think something is, and why, before charging for anything.
9. Ownership
On receipt of final payment, the website files, the content, and the web address are yours. Your web address is registered in your name from the beginning. Accounts we set up on your behalf are transferred to you or made accessible to you. You may take everything to another developer at any time and nothing is locked to us.
We keep the right to describe the work and show screenshots of it as an example, unless you ask us in writing not to.
10. Third party services
Websites we build rely on services provided by others, including hosting, domain registration, email delivery, and analytics. Those services have their own terms and their own availability. We choose them carefully but we do not control them, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side. Where a third party charges a fee, such as a domain renewal, that fee is yours to pay unless your care plan states otherwise.
11. Care plans
Care plans run month to month with no fixed term. Either side may cancel with 30 days written notice. Included changes do not carry over to the following month. If you cancel, your website stays online and changes revert to the published per change rate, and responsibility for your web address renewal returns to you.
12. Cancellation
If you cancel a project after the deposit but before design work begins, we refund the deposit less any hours already worked. If you cancel after design work has begun, the deposit is not refundable, and any work completed to that point is yours to keep and use. If we cancel a project, we refund everything paid for work not yet done.
13. What we do not do
We do not build systems that store sensitive personal information, including patient records, medical results, or financial account data. We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, because no honest provider can. We do not take over maintaining websites built by others on platforms we do not work with.
14. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to carry out the work. This continues after the project ends.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will first be discussed directly and in good faith between us, because that resolves almost everything.
17. Changes
We may update these terms for future projects. The version that applies to your project is the one in force on the date of your quote.
Not sure yet? Ask anyway. The quote is free.
Tell us what your business does and who your customers are. You'll get a total price for your business, a list of exactly what's included, and the date your site goes live. If you decide it isn't for you, that's completely fine, and you owe nothing.
